What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in in person can be done from 2pm to 7pm, while Check-out must be completed by 10.30am.
How do I pay for the room?
At the time of booking, you will be asked to pay 30% of the total balance as a security deposit. The remaining 70% will be paid at the property upon check-in.
If the booking is canceled no later than 15 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total deposit will be refunded. After 15 days, the deposit will be retained.
What should I do if I find something wrong in the room?
Upon entering the room, you will be accompanied by the host and will check the room together. When leaving the room, you will again be accompanied by the host and will carry out a general check to avoid any issues.
